26/11 Mumbai Terror Attack Mastermind Tahawwur Rana Will Reach Delhi Today: Tahawwur Rana, the mastermind of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack, will be on Indian soil shortly. He is being brought from America. The plane on which Tahawwur is being brought will land in Delhi on 10th april. Meanwhile, security has been increased at the airport. A team of SWAT commandos has reached the airport.

NIA will arrest Tahawwur Rana:

After coming to India, the NIA will first arrest Tahawwur Rana in its case registered regarding the 26/11 attack. Then Tahawwur Rana will be taken to the NIA headquarters, where he will undergo a medical test. After that, Rana will be produced in the court and his remand will be sought.

Rana will be taken to the NIA headquarters from Delhi airport amid heavy security. There will be multiple layers of security. He will be taken under the security cover of SWAT commandos of Delhi Police’s Special Cell. Several Delhi Police vehicles will escort Rana’s convoy. Rana will travel from the airport in a bulletproof vehicle.

Tahawwur Rana is a Canadian citizen of Pakistani origin and is close to American citizen David Coleman Headley, one of the main conspirators of the 2008 Mumbai terrorist attacks.

On 26 November 2008, a group of 10 Pakistani terrorists attacked a railway station, two hotels, and a Jewish center in Mumbai. A total of 166 people, including six Americans, were killed in the 2008 Mumbai terrorist attacks. These attacks were carried out by 10 Pakistani terrorists. In this case, in November 2012, Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Kasab was hanged in Pune’s Yerwada Jail.

India has been trying to extradite Rana for many years because of his links with Lashkar-e-Taiba and Headley. Rana used all the legal options available in the US, but he got setbacks from everywhere.

In February, at a press conference with Prime Minister Modi at the White House, US President Donald Trump announced that his administration had approved the extradition of Rana, the world’s most wanted man, to face justice in India.
