Criminals Will Be Identified Through Yaksha App : New cases of crime are being reported across the country every day. Criminals use various methods to commit crimes. To curb these crimes, the Uttar Pradesh Police has launched an app called Yaksh App. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched this app. The reason behind this app, launched by CM Yogi, is to curb crime. It strengthens police beat policing, and all types of records will be saved in this app.
Until now, criminal data was kept securely in registers, a tradition that has been in place for centuries. However, a strategy using technology will now allow for complete surveillance through a high-tech system. In this regard, the Yaksha app has been launched. It will consolidate the data of all criminals.
What will be special in the app?
Through this app, police will be able to aggregate criminal data from every police station across the state. This app will include every detail of each criminal, including AI-powered voice recognition, face recognition, comprehensive gang link analysis, location shift alerts, voice and crime GPT.
After including all this information, it will become easier to find out about the criminals involved in any crime.
Several steps have already been taken
A control room for the Yaksh app has been set up at the Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) headquarters. It is believed that the Yaksh app will prove to be an effective tool for the UP police in preventing digital crime and apprehending criminals. The government has already taken several steps to curb crime. Previously, the Chief Minister has given the police permission to use AI in Uttar Pradesh. This will also enable complete monitoring of social media.
