Reportedly, he has invested his money in the European T20 Premier League (ETPL). Here, he would be a co-owner of the same league, where the league was scheduled to come into existence soon this year.
ETPL is a tournament sanctioned by the International Cricket Council (ICC). It will feature the best players from around the world, including Ireland, Scotland, and the Netherlands. The league will start from July 15 and run until August 3.
A total of six teams will participate in the European T20 Premier League. These teams will represent the cities of Dublin, Belfast, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
The inclusion of cricket in the 2028 Olympics will also further help to increase the popularity of this league.v
