Odisha Govt Appointed More Than 1400 Assistant Professors And Associate Professors Very Soon : More than 14 hundred assistant professors and associate professors will be recruited in higher education institutions soon. The state government is considering alternatives for aspirants under SSB for the recruitment of teachers. The SSB had issued a notification in 2024. However, as it is still pending in the court, about 5 thousand aspirants have been deprived of getting the appointment.
The aspirants also demanded intervention in the Advocate General’s Court for the dismissal of the charges. Today, the Higher Education Minister said that the government is considering alternatives for the recruitment of teachers through SSB. It will be completed soon and the government is also going to fill 14 hundred teacher posts in various colleges and universities in the coming days.
