AC cabin turned into ‘honeymoon suite’, TTE suspended: In a bizarre incident, a TTE was suspended for decorating the AC coach of a train like a ‘honeymoon suite’. The Indian Railways has taken strict action in the case after the video went viral on social media.
According to railway officials, this incident occurred on July 6, 2026. A couple traveling in Nandigram Express (Train No. 11002) had booked a decorator online to decorate their 1st AC compartment. This decorator had boarded the train at Jalna station without a ticket and without any permission. After the decoration, she also made a video, which later went viral on social media. A case has been registered against the decorator who entered the train without permission and decorated the cabin.
