Women’s Twenty20 Asia Cup 2026: Hong Kong vs Thailand, Check squad: The Women’s Twenty20 Asia Cup 2026 will begin today. This is the sixth edition of the T20 format, hosted by the UAE. The tournament begins with Hong Kong facing Thailand in Dubai.
The Women’s Twenty20 Asia Cup is being held from August 28 to September 13.This is a group A match. A total of 8 teams including India-Pakistan will face off each other. This is the 10th edition of the Women’s Asia Cup and the sixth edition of the T20 format. There will be a total of 15 matches in the tournament.
The eight teams have been divided into 2 groups. Group A consists of Hong Kong, India, Pakistan and Thailand. In Group B, there are defending champions Sri Lanka, UAE, Indonesia and Bangladesh. After the group round robin, the knockout stage will begin. Each team will play a 1-1 match against the other 3 teams in their group. The top 2 teams in each group will enter the semi-finals and the other teams will be eliminated. The first semi-final will be held on September 10 and the second on September 11, and the final between the winning teams will be held on September 13.
The match between Indian women vs Pakistan women team will be held on September 5 at the Dubai International Stadium. The match will start at 8 PM IST, the toss will be at 7:30 PM.

In India the tournament will be broadcast live on the Sony Sports Network television channels. The matches will also be available for live streaming on the SonyLIV app and website with an active subscription.
