Major IAS reshuffle: Seven IAS officers get new responsibilities: The Odisha government on Wednesday has affected a major IAS reshuffle. At least 7 IAS officers assigned new responsibilities across the state administration and key government departments.

Key administrative transfers and postings include:

Nabarangpur Collector Dr. Maheswar Swain, a 2024-batch IAS officer, was appointed Additional Secretary to the Chief Minister.

Pradeep Kumar Nayak, 2014 batch, was appointed Additional Secretary in the Fisheries and Animal Resources Development Department. He is currently serving as the Additional Commissioner at the Additional Revisional Court, Bhubaneswar.

Nuapada Collector Madhusudan Dash (2014 batch) was posted as the Additional Secretary in the General Administration and Public Grievances Department.

Similarly, Anya Das, a 2019 batch IAS officer, was appointed as the Collector & DM, Nabarangpur. She is currently serving as the Deputy Secretary to Government, Health & Family Welfare Department.

Madhumita, (2020 batch) was named as the Collector & District Magistrate, Nuapada.

Ashni A L, IAS (RR-2023), Under Secretary to Government, in the Health & Family Welfare Department, was appointed as the Sub-Collector, Bhabanipatana.

Kasturi Sha, IAS(RR-2024) Appointed as the Under Secretary to Government, GA & PG Department. She has been moved from her position as Sub-Collector, Bhawanipatna.
