The Haryana police have said that an accused has been arrested in the murder case of Congress worker Himani Narwal.The body of Himani Narwal was found inside a suitcase near a highway in Rohtak on March 1. The accused has been arrested from Delhi and has been identified as Sachin, a resident of Bahadurgarh.
