AI Engineer Atul Subhash death case , wife and his in laws granted bail . Bengaluru court on Saturday granted bail to wife Nikita Singhania, mother-in-law Nisha Singhania and son-in-law Anurag Singhania, who were arrested in the suicide case of prominent Bengaluru engineer Atul Subhash.
Atul Subhash committed suicide on December 9. He committed suicide after alleging torture by his wife, mother-in-law and son-in-law. Before committing suicide, he made an 81-minute video in which he talked about how his wife and in-laws tortured him. After this video went viral on social media, there was an uproar across the country. Along with it, he wrote a 24-page suicide note. In it, he also mentioned in detail how his in-laws filed false cases against him and tortured him. He also raised questions about the justice system.
On December 14, the police arrested his wife Nikita Singhania from Gurugram. Similarly, the police arrested Nikita’s mother and brother from Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh. From there, they were taken to Bengaluru and produced in court. The court rejected their bail and sent them to judicial custody.
