At 8 am, the police received information that a headless body was lying on the road near Rasulgarh. The police reached the spot and took the body of the youth to the medical center. The doctor declared the youth dead there. From the initial investigation, the police came to know that this was a murder case. After this, the police registered a case and started the investigation. Three teams were formed to arrest the murderer. After the investigation, the police were able to identify the murderer’s bike and the murderer. While the murderer was hiding in Nayagarh, the police were able to catch the murderer. So far, the police have arrested 5 people. The investigation is still ongoing. The police suspect that the accused is involved in this. The police said that information is being collected and whoever is found guilty will be arrested immediately. The police have a mobile phone in their possession. Bhubaneswar DCP Pinak Mishra gave a press release stating that a lot of information will be obtained from the mobile phone.
The police have revealed the names of the five murderers arrested in the murder case to the media. Laxmidhar Nayak, Lipika Nayak, Rocky Nayak, Lucky Nayak and Rakesh Nayak. These five had plotted the murder and carried out the murder.
