Bollywood Actor Jacqueline Fernandez Mother Dies after Suffering A Stroke . Jacqueline Fernandez’s mother, Kim Fernandez, died on Sunday in a Mumbai hospital, her team has confirmed. She was admitted to the Lilavati Hospital last month.
Jacqueline’s father, Elroy Fernandez, was earlier spotted outside the hospital. Jacqueline’s mother was admitted after suffering a heart stroke. Kim was recovering in the ICU. In the last few weeks, Jacqueline was spotted visiting her mother in the hospital.
Jacqueline Fernandez Mother Dies
Last month, Jacqueline skipped the IPL ceremony in Guwahati as her mother wasn’t well. A source close to her then told news agency ANI, “Jacqueline’s mother is still in the ICU recovering. As the family awaits further update from the doctors, Jacqueline has chosen to be by her mother’s side, and unfortunately will be missing performing at the IPL Ceremony.”

Jacqueline Fernandez’s team shared an official confirmation on X (formerly Twitter). Her immediate family members and close friends will attend the private funeral and final ceremonies. “It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Kim Fernandez , Jackie’s beloved mother. She has left us too soon, and our hearts go out to Jackie and her family during this incredibly difficult time. May her soul rest in peace!” read the statement.
Jacqueline Fernandez managed to get to the hospital with her family despite the paparazzi outside Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai. She left the car without turning to face the cameras and rushed into the hospital. The actress had her face covered.
