ISIS threatens to kill Indian Cricket Head Coach Gautam Gambhir in an email
During an IPL Match, Gautam Gambhir Received A Death Threat: The Indian cricket team head coach Gautam Gambhir has received a death threat. It is said that Gambhir received this death threat through mail. Someone in the mail has written the threat in three words, ‘I kill you’. Gambir immediately informed the police about this mail, and the Delhi Police has taken it seriously. According to the initial investigation, this mail has come from ISIS Kashmir.
According to the police officer, efforts are on to identify the person who sent the email. For this, the cyber cell team is tracking the email and conducting a technical analysis.However, nothing is found yet clearly about who sent this email.
Connection to the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria:
ISIS Kashmir ,or Islamic State Jammu and Kashmir (ISJK), is a terrorist organization. It has been declared a terrorist organization. It is a part of ISIS and works in Jammu and Kashmir. This organization was formed around 2016. ISJK shows its loyalty to ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria). They aim to create an Islamic empire and want everything to run according to Sharia law. They do not believe in a democratic and secular system.
Runs a campaign to incite youth:
This organization connects with the youth using the Internet and social media. They teach the youth the wrong things. ISJK has carried out many attacks in which Indian security forces and common people have been targeted. Security agencies claim that they are trying to radicalize Kashmiri youth.
The government put it on the list of terrorist organizations:
The Indian government has designated ISJK as a terrorist organisation under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). ISJK may be smaller than older organisations such as Lashkar-e-Taiba or Hizbul Mujahideen, but its presence shows that the jihadist ideology circulating the world is affecting the region as well.
