Former Prime Minister and renowned economist and politician Manmohan Singh is no more. At the age of 92, Mr. Singh left everyone behind and passed away at Delhi AIIMS. He was admitted to Delhi AIIMS this evening after his health deteriorated. A special medical team treated him in the emergency ward of AIIMS. But despite all the efforts of the medical team, Mr. Singh closed his eyes. At 9.51 pm, he left everyone behind and passed away.
Senior leaders of the Congress party confirmed the news. Former Union Minister Salman Khurshid, former Haryana CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda have paid tribute to Manmohan Singh on his demise. Manmohan Singh was known for his simplicity, honesty and excellent economics. His demise is an irreparable loss to Indian politics and economy.
