Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s last rites will be starts

Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s last rites will be performed today. His last rites will be performed at Nigambhod Ghat. At 8:30 am, Manmohan Singh’s mortal remains will be taken to the AICC headquarters. There, Congress leaders and workers will bid their last farewell to the former Prime Minister. At 9:30 am, the last procession will be taken from the AICC headquarters to the crematorium. The last rites will be performed with state honours at Delhi’s Nigambodh Ghat at 11:45 am.

Yesterday, President Draupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and many other prominent leaders and personalities paid their last respects to him. Everyone, regardless of party affiliation, said that the country has lost a gem in losing Manmohan Singh. A seven-day national mourning has been declared on the demise of Manmohan Singh. The country will remember him forever for his contribution in strengthening the country’s economy. Manmohan Singh passed away last Thursday. Manmohan breathed his last at AIIMS, New Delhi, at the age of 92.
