According to media reports, Gauri sold a luxury residential property in Mumbai’s Dadar West area during the renovation of her Bandra residence, Mannat. According to the report, the property transaction was officially registered in March 2025. Gauri’s apartment is in the Kohinoor Altissimo Building. The project also has 2.5 BHK, 3 BHK and 3.5 BHK units. The apartment is built on an area of 1985 sq ft. It also has two parking spaces. Gauri bought the apartment in August 2022 for Rs 8.5 crore. Gauri sold the apartment for a profit of Rs 3.1 crore. She sold it for Rs 11.61 crore.
