Both India and England teams arrived in Bhubaneswar on Friday to play the match at Barabati. The England team decided to spend the day at the Mayfair Hotel instead of practicing on Saturday. The Indian team, however, arrived at Barabati at 5:30 pm for net practice. Star batsman Virat Kohli was the center of attention during the nets. Virat could not play in the Nagpur match because of a knee injury. Cricket fans were disappointed when the captain, Rohit Sharma, made this announcement just a few moments before the match was due to start, that is after the toss. But Virat is fit now and he will play the Barabati match, clarifies batting coach Sitansu Kotak while talking to reporters at the Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) Press Conference Hall on Saturday. Hearing this, the joy among Odisha cricket fans has doubled. However, Kohli did not clarify which players will be dropped for him. He said it is the work of captain Rohit Sharma and coach Gautam Gambhir.
