Job Openings In Team India – Recruitment opportunity in the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). The board on Wednesday informed about the vacancies. The India Women’s Team is in need of a chief physiotherapist and trainer. Along with the vacancies, the BCCI has also mentioned the required qualifications and experience. People working in these posts will help improve the performance of the players. Along with this, they will work for quick recovery after injuries.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India has announced vacancies for two important posts for the senior women’s team India. The first post is for the chief physiotherapist, and the second post is for the strength and conditioning coach. The people working in these two posts will work at the BCCI Centre of Excellence located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities of the physios will be increased when the players get injured. They will work for the recovery of the players. For this, sessions will be held daily.

What should be the qualifications for a physio?
A postgraduate degree with specialization in sports or musculoskeletal physiotherapy/sports and exercise medicine/sports rehabilitation is required. Along with this, at least 10 years of experience in physiotherapy is also required. The applying physio should have experience working with a team or athletes.
The strength and conditioning coach will be responsible for
Strength and Conditioning Coaches will schedule warm-ups for the players. They will also conduct pre-match workouts. They will also take care of the fitness of the players. They will be responsible for designing a customized program for this.
To apply for this position, a minimum of 7 years of experience is required. Along with this, one should also have experience working with teams or players.
