Kia EV6 Launched In India, 663 km Range, At Rs 65.9 Lakh: South Korean automaker Kia sells cars in various segments in the Indian market. It has launched a new version of its premium electric SUV, Kia EV6, on 26 March 2025. The company has launched it with some changes compared to the old version. The new EV6 has many changes.
Its length and front have been increased compared to the old version. Apart from this, it has been given newly designed headlights and bumper. In addition, the new SUV has been given a larger battery than before, which has increased its range. So let’s know about it in detail.
Battery and Power:
The new Kia EV6 is equipped with an 84 kWh battery. It can be driven for up to 663 km after a full charge. It has a dual motor all-wheel drive system that gives it 325 PS of power and 605 Newton meters of torque. This SUV can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in just 18 minutes. It can be driven for up to 343 km after a 15-minute charge.
Features:
The new Kia EV6 has been given a lot of good features by the company. It has features like connected LED DRL, sequential indicators, 19-inch alloy wheels, double D cut steering wheel, digital rear view mirror, updated heads-up display, 12.3-inch curved panoramic display, wireless Apple Car Play, Android Auto, 15-watt wireless phone charger, remote parking assist, OTA updates, 360-degree camera and Level-2 ADAS. This SUV is offered in color options like Snow-White Pearl, Aurora Black Pearl, Wolf Gray, Runway Red, and Yacht Blue Matte.
Price:
Kia EV6 has been launched at an ex-showroom price of Rs 65.9 lakh. The SUV is offered only in the GT Line variant. Earlier, the SUV was showcased on 17th January 2025 at the Auto Expo held in January 2025.
