Method

First of all, place a yoga mat on the ground and sit with your legs forward. The tips of your heels should be just beside your other leg. Then, stretch straight your back and neck. Lastly, lift the hands, which is exhaling. Now you may bend slowly downwards, lowering the head onto the feet. From this moment you will try touching the toes. In case your toes can not be held touch it then that’s all do that regularly. Do not tilt your head from side to side while bending forward. Stay in this position for a few seconds and breathe normally. Finally, take a deep breath and slowly return to the previous position.

Caution

Practice for a short time at first and then gradually increase the time. Be careful with the process of inhaling and exhaling during yoga. Pregnant women should not do this yoga.
