The cabinet has approved the Mahila Samridhi Yojana, after which now women will get an amount of Rs 2500 every month in their accounts. This scheme will benefit 15 to 20 lakh women of Delhi. These people will get benefit
Not all women will get the benefit of Delhi Government’s Mahila Samridhi Yojana. This scheme is especially for those women whose annual income is 3 lakhs or less. This scheme is for those who do not pay tax. To make such women self-reliant, Delhi Government has brought Mahila Samridhi Yojana. After the official announcement of this scheme, Rs 2500 will start coming into the accounts of women every month.
• The scheme of giving Rs 2500 per month is for those women who get an annual salary of less than Rs 3 lakh and do not fall in the tax slab.
• Women who do not hold government jobs and their age is between 18 to 60 years.
• Women who do not get any financial assistance from the government.
• Address proof of Delhi i.e. the applicant must have proof of living in Delhi for at least five years.
• No need to have multiple bank accounts; there should be only one bank account in Delhi and that account should be linked to Aadhaar.

how to apply
To be a beneficiary in this scheme, you will have to register yourself. These registrations will be done in different centers. Apart from this, registration counters will be set up in all the big markets and societies to add beneficiaries to the scheme. But there is no official information about when these registrations will start.
