IAS Manoj Kumar, a former bureaucrat of the AGMUT cadre, has been appointed as the Information Commissioner along with Parida. They are retired IPS officer Pranabindu Acharya, High Court advocate Simal Patnaik, and retired IAS officer Prithvi Mandal .
