IAS Manoj Sahu appointed as personal secretary CM Mohan Majhi
IAS Manoj Sahu appointed as personal secretary ,IAS Manoj Kumar Sahu has been appointed as the private secretary to Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi. On January 2, the state government transferred IAS Arindam Dakua from the post of personal secretary to the Chief Minister. On July 17, Arvind Dakua was appointed as the personal secretary to the Chief Minister. Now Manoj Sahoo has replaced Arindam Dakua.
It is to be noted that on December 17, the state government appointed the 2006 batch IAS Manoj Kumar Sahoo, who came on inter-cadre deputation, as special secretary to the chief minister. Mr. Sahu was sent to Odisha by the central government at the request of the state government. Earlier, he was working as the Central Deputy Election Commissioner. Manoj Kumar Sahu, a 2006 batch IAS, is a cadre officer of Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Mizoram, and Union Territories.
Manoj Sahoo is a resident of Singarpur village in the Balikuda block of the Jagatsinghpur district. He has been highly praised for his work as District Magistrate in various sensitive districts and for his work on Har Ghar Jal in the Union Ministry of Water and Power.
