PM Modi distributed appointment letters to more than 71000 youth today. All these youth got jobs in various departments through the employment fair. PM Modi also addressed the selected youth.

After the formation of the BJP government for the third time at the Centre, the first job fair was organised today, on 23 December. The job fair was organised at 45 places across the country. PM Modi addressed more than 71000 selected candidates through video conferencing and gave them appointment letters. Through the job fair, the youth got jobs in various central departments.

The job fair was started by the central government on 22 October 2022 to provide employment to the youth. The youth were given jobs in central departments including Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Posts, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Financial Services and Department of Higher Education. Women are also included among the selected candidates.

Deployment will be given after training

All the selected youth will first be given training under the employee scheme. After that, they will be posted in the respective departments. While addressing the selected youth, PM Modi said that in the last one and a half years, about 10 lakh youth were given government jobs, which is a record in itself. He said that through the job fair, the selected youth were given permanent jobs in various central departments.

Selected youth will become part of the new government system

PM Modi said that all the selected youth will become a part of the new government system. He said that many changes have been made in the government system in the last ten years. He said that there is no such goal that our youth cannot achieve. Congratulating all the selected youth, the PM said that our youth are currently progressing rapidly in all sectors.
