Osepa’s Matric Tips; ‘Sleep for 7 hours, study for 8 to 10 hours’ . Matriculation exams ahead. Candidates should not be in a hurry. Students are preparing themselves on a war footing. In this, OSEPA has given exam tips to children. Eat healthy food for good performance in exams. It is recommended to sleep for at least 7 hours. It is better to drink warm milk or warm water with lemon before going to bed. Study for 8 to 10 hours daily. You should revise the previous lesson for 30 minutes. Pay more attention to the difficult topics. Engage yourself in other activities in the remaining time. Do exercise and yoga to increase concentration. Teachers and guardians have been advised to understand the problems of the children. OSEPA has instructed all district education officers to sensitize students who are preparing to take the matriculation exams in a month. Psychologists have also advised students to remain stress-free.
Only a few days are left for the matriculation examination. Students are preparing hard for it. They are revising the material studied in school at home. However, it is said that if you study according to the roadmap issued by OSEPA and remain stress-free, you will get good results.
The matriculation exams will be held from February 21 to March 6. As the exam date approaches, it is the responsibility of teachers and parents to pay special attention so that children do not get scared.
