Priyanka Chopra arrives in Odisha to shoot SSMB29: Shooting for popular director and filmmaker SS Rajamouli’s new film SSMB29 is in progress in the Koraput district. The heroine of the film and Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra arrived at Semiliguda in the Koraput district on Monday evening. Priyanka arrived in a plane from Mumbai and arrived at Jagdalpur airport in Chhattisgarh at about 2 pm. She departed for Koraput by car via National Highway No. 26 under tight security. The film production unit has arranged for her to reside in a hotel here. A group of fans turned up today in Semiliguda to catch a glimpse of her. It is reported that she will begin shooting on Tuesday morning. An ad hoc set has been erected for the film shoot in the Talmali hills of the Semiliguda block.

This film’s shooting began from Thursday. The lead actor of the film, Mahesh Babu reached Semiliguda on Wednesday night. He is staying at Deomali Cottage. Director Rajamouli is also staying here. This is the first time that Rajamouli’s big-budget film is being shot in Koraput. A huge crowd of people has been seen to watch the shooting in Talmali. Rajamouli, the director of films such as Bahubali, ARR, and Magadheera, is again producing this film on a grand scale. For which the film lovers are waiting for the release date of the film eagerly. This film too is rumored to be a blockbuster. The storyline of all Rajamouli’s films is a secret until the film is out. It is reported that the shooting will go on here till the 29th.
Over 500 artists and technicians have been residing here since Monday. Besides Talamali, the shooting will be carried out in locations such as Deomali, Jaipur, and Kolab. For the first time, a Telugu film of high budget is being filmed in Koraput, which has inspired the district people. It is hoped that other filmmakers will visit here in the future. The view being in the intellectual circles is that the economic growth of the district can be brought about as a consequence.
