PM Modi writes a letter to Sunita and invites her to come to India!
Sunita will come to India- NASA astronauts Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore are set to return to Earth after nearly nine months at the International Space Station. SpaceX capsule Crew-9 has lifted off with Sunita and Wilmore. After returning to Earth, Sunita Williams is likely to visit India soon. Prime Minister Modi has written her a letter inviting her to visit India. Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh shared a letter written by Prime Minister Modi to Sunita Williams. PM Modi wrote, ‘Though you are thousands of miles away, you are very close to our hearts.’
Prime Minister Modi wrote this letter to Sunita Williams on March 1. It reads, ‘I congratulate you on behalf of the people of India. 140 crore Indians are always proud of your success. Recent events have brought to light your inspiring, strong decision. The people of India are praying for your well-being and the success of your mission. Prime Minister Narendra Modi further wrote that your mother, Bonnie Pandya, is eagerly waiting for your safe return
and I am sure that the blessings of late Deepak Bhai will also be with you. I remember when I went to America in 2016, I also met her along with you. Truth Prime Minister followed these two on social media ” We look forward to meeting you in India after your return from space. It will be a pleasure for India to host the great daughter of the country. In this letter, Prime Minister Modi also congratulated Sunita Williams’ husband Michael Williams.
