New Delhi : are you planning to buy a car in 2025 , it will more expensive from next month . Automakers across segments, from hatchbacks to luxury cars, have announced price hikes starting January, citing rising input costs and operational expenses.
Mahindra & Mahindra will increase the prices of SUVs and commercial vehicles by up to three percent from January next year. Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) said that the reason for the price hike is the increase in the cost of commodity items and high cost of goods. The company said that it has tried to reduce additional costs as much as possible. However, a part of this increase will have to be borne by the customer. The major automobile company said that the price hike will be up to three percent on various SUVs and commercial vehicles. JSW MG Motor India will also increase the prices of various models of its vehicles by up to three percent from January.
maruti suzuki – Prices will rise by up to 4%, affecting models from the Alto K10 to the Invicto. The company attributes the hike to input and operational cost pressures.
Hyundai Motor India: Models like the Verna and Creta will see increases of up to ₹25,000 due to higher input and logistics costs.
Mahindra & Mahindra: SUV and commercial vehicle prices will increase by up to 3% in response to inflation and commodity prices.
MG Motor India: A 3% hike will affect all models, citing rising input costs.
Mercedes-Benz India: Prices will rise by up to 3%, with adjustments ranging from ₹2 lakh for the GLC to ₹9 lakh for the Maybach S 680.
Audi and BMW India: Both brands plan a 3% hike across their model ranges due to increased transportation and input costs.
