UGC NET 2025 Notification Released: Know How to Apply
UGC NET 2025 Notification Released: Good news for the students preparing for NET. NTA has released the notification. Along with this, the application portal has also been opened. Candidates can apply to appear for the exam from today, i.e., 16th April; the last date of application is 7th May. Candidates will have one more day, i.e., 8th May, to deposit the fee. It is said that the UGC NET exam date in June 2025 will be between June 21st and June 30th. Which can also be changed later. Candidates can apply by going to https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in or www.nta.ac.in.

Candidates have been waiting for the UGC NET June 2025 exam date for the last few days. As per the notification issued by the NTA, the University Grants Commission (UGC) has handed over the responsibility of the exam to the National Testing Agency (NTA). As per the notification, the details regarding the date of release of the admit card, city and center will be announced later.
UGC NET June 2025 Important Dates :
Application Date: April 16 to May 7, 11:59 PM
Last date for payment of exam fee: 8th May till 11:59 PM
Error Correction Date in Online Application Form: 09th May to 10th May 2025

When will the UGC NET exam be held?
Between 21st June 2025 and 30th June 2025 (This is an approximate date.)
How much will the fee be?
For UGC NET June 2025, general category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 1150. EWS category general candidates and OBC candidates will have to deposit a fee of Rs 650. Apart from this, the fee has been fixed at Rs 325 for ST-SC and PWD and third-gender candidates.

Important instructions for candidates
Candidates can apply online for the examination at https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in. Applications filled through any other medium will not be accepted.
If a candidate fills out more than one application form, it will be rejected.
All candidates shall strictly follow the guidelines mentioned on the NTA website. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of the candidate.
The information will be sent to the email ID or phone number mentioned in the application, so it is important that it is correct.
