Do not keep small children outside playing in the sun.
When you take them out, put on full attire and head coverings.
Give your child water to drink always. Never leave them with an empty stomach.
Old people must not venture out of their houses when it is hot.
When it is unavoidable to go out, put a wet cloth on your head and shoes on your feet.
