However, the first day collection of Sikander was quite low compared to Salman Khan’s previous films. After its release, the excitement among Salman’s fans increased. However, after 3 days, its collection started to decline. The film struggled to enter the 100 crore club. So far, Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandhana’s Sikander has collected only Rs 104.27 crore.

But after that, the film collapsed. The film has completely collapsed. It is amazing that a film starring Salman Khan is doing such business.”

Salman Khan’s films are sure to be crowded. Salman Khan also promoted the film vigorously. But except for one or two halls, the audience was less in all the other halls. Manoj Desai, executive director of Zee Multiplex and Maratha Mandir Cinema, said, “This film is a copy of some other film, and the heroine died from the beginning. I have not seen a single frame of the film. But I am telling you what people have told me. Apart from this, people would have gone to the cinema hall for Salman. But since its leaked version reached the people, they have watched it there. Now, due to the demand for OTT, people are preferring to watch the leaked version of the film at home.”
Desai says that people have not felt that cinema is worth watching in the theaters for various reasons. He is of the opinion that if the content of the film is not good, the shine of star power diminishes.
