Is your E-KYC Updated ? The fourth installment of Subhadra Yojana will be available soon. The Odisha government has already given advance information in this regard. If you are an applicant, then it is important to verify your e-KYC and bank status before getting the money.
The government has set a target of providing Rs 50,000 in five years to empower lakhs of women in Odisha. The fourth installment of the scheme will be transferred directly to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.
Under this scheme, the government is providing Rs 10,000 in two installments (5,000 + 5,000) to eligible women every year. This amount is usually given on the occasion of International Women’s Day (March 8) and Gaman Bandhan. So, the fourth installment will be available on March 8.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicant must be a permanent resident of Odisha and be covered under NFSA/SFSS.
Age Limit: For the financial year 2025-26, the date of birth of the beneficiary should be between 02.04.1965 to 01.04.2004 (21 to 60 years). The annual family income should be less than Rs. 2.5 lakh.
Who is not eligible for this benefit (disqualification)?
Women receiving government assistance (pension/scholarship) of more than Rs. 1,500 per month. Families with income tax payers or government employees. Those who own a four-wheeled motor vehicle (excluding tractors or light commercial vehicles). Those who own more than 5 acres of irrigated or more than 10 acres of non-irrigated land.
