Consumers can complete the e-KYC process on their mobile phones, eliminating the need to visit any agency. Here’s how it works:
- Step 1: Download the mobile app of your LPG supplier and log in using your mobile number or consumer number. Select the ‘e-KYC’ or ‘Aadhaar Authentication’ option.
- Step 2: Download the ‘Aadhaar FaceRD’ app, follow the instructions for biometric or face authentication, and complete the verification.
The entire process is free and takes only a few minutes to complete.
