Earlier, Khan Sir had filed a petition for anticipatory bail to avoid arrest

Patna coaching firing case: Khan Sir got big relief, next hearing extended till June 25: Faizal Khan alias Khan Sir has got big relief in the coaching firing case. Patna Civil Court on Saturday extended the interim protection until the next hearing of the case. Now, the police cannot arrest him till June 25.

During the hearing, the police submitted the updated case diary to the court. After hearing the arguments from both parties, the court has upheld the interim protection. Earlier, Khan Sir had filed a petition for anticipatory bail to avoid arrest. After hearing on this petition, the court ordered a stay on arrest till June 20.

On the other hand, three staff members associated with Khan Sir, suspect the police were tracking, have also been granted relief by the court. The court has instructed not to take any harsh action against them till the next hearing.
