Sunny Deol never wanted to become an Actor, revealed truth on KBC 18: Sunny Deol is one of Bollywood’s most popular stars, with millions of fans eagerly waiting to see him on screen. He has won millions of hearts with his powerful performances. But few people know he had a different dream. Recently, the actor appeared in Rajkumar Santoshi’s ‘Batwara1947’ which had created a lot of buzz before its release. However, the film proved to be weak at the box office. The net opening collection in India was recorded at 5.75 crore.

While participating in the quiz reality show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ season 18, the actor revealed about one of his incomplete dream. During the conversation, the host Amitabh Bachchan asked Sunny about his interest in racing. He said, ‘Sunny ji we heard you wanted to be a racing driver? Formula 1?’

Sunny recalled his passion for driving and racing. He said his father Dharmendra was very protective of him. Father did not allow him to do sports or other activities that he considered risky. So, the dream just remained incomplete.

Parents often want best for their children but sometimes their fear and overprotective nature stop their children from pursuing their dreams. Actor Sunny Deol experienced something similar, he step away from his dream because of his father, Dharmendra’s fear.

The actor made his debut with ‘Betaab’ in 1983 and went on to establish himself with films such as ‘Arjun’, ‘Tridev’, ‘Ghayal’, ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’, ‘Damini’, ‘Ghatak’, ‘Border’, ‘Ziddi’ and ‘Indian’.
