Will offer full support to families: Rekha Gupta: Delhi chief minister Rekha Gupta on Tuesday visited AIIMS hospital to meet the injured victims in the Satya Niketan Building collapse incident.  She assured families of victims of providing medical care and financial assistance.

CM Rekha Gupta also said that a building adjacent to the collapsed structure that claimed 7 lives have been declared unsafe and would be demolished soon. Speaking to reporters, Gupta said ‘Twelve people were brought out in an injured state to AIIMS. Seven of them were found dead. Two of those seven were labourers. One labourer is admitted here and is currently doing well despite leg injury.’  

‘I have also met injured children. Two children admitted to the hospital are in stable condition and expected to be discharged today. While one child is undergoing treatment in the ICU with serious condition,’ she said.

Gupta also met the parents of the injured children, assuring them of best possible medical care and full government support and assistance.
