Away from the world of glamor these days Hina Khan is trying to connect with herself through the beautiful valleys of Ladakh and spiritual atmosphere among sadhus. A very different and spiritual incarnation of her can been seen on this trip. Hina has shared some glimpses on her social media handle, in which she is seen meditating while sitting among the monks. The actress also revealed that she set out her journey before sunrise and reached the Ladakh monastery. After this, she tried to connect with herself through chanting mantras, the peace of morning prayers and meditation. In her post, she said all these experience has made her journey of self-discovery much easier than she expected. She said that meditation heals her.
In addition to Thikse Math, Hina Khan visited Ladakh’s Khardung, which is at an altitude of about 17,582 feet above sea level and about 40 km north of Leh.
Two years ago she was battling stage 3 breast cancer. Hina remained connected with her fans even during her difficult times. She was constantly giving updates on her treatment and recovery, and is now fully recovered and living her life.
