‘Love And War’ duo Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal stole the spotlight at designer Manish Malhotra’s grand Mijwan showcase
Alia- Vicky ramp together in Manish Malhotra’s Mijwan fashion show: Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal stole the spot light in the Mumbai fashion show. The duo dazzled on the runway in designer attire with traditional touch. The runway buzz comes amid rising anticipation for Love and War’s promotional campaign.
Designer Manish Malhotra unveiled his latest Mijwan collection in a high profile event at Taj Lands End in Mumbai on Saturday. The event was celebrating 15 years of fine artisan craft from the Mijwan Welfare Society, featuring exquisite Chikankari and thread-work embroidery in signature ivory, deep green, coral, and ombré shades.

Alia was seen wearing an ivory chikankari embroidered ethnic wear featuring a sheer dupatta with intricate white floral embroidery draped over her head. It was paired with a matching corset blouse and skirt. Alia’s full dress outlook was styled by Rhea Kapoor.

She accessorised the look with diamond-and-pearl necklace set in white gold, statement earrings, a maang tikka and and wrist accessories. She styled her hair in a sleek centre-parted bun and chose dewy make-up, smoky eyes and glossy pink lips.
Vicky complemented Alia in a midnight-blue and ivory sherwani set from Manish Malhotra’s Mijwan collection. The sherwani jacket was designed with heavy white floral zardozi embroidery, worn over a white collar-detailed kurta and tailored white trousers. Vicky completed his look with accessories including a diamond-encrusted chain, statement rings, and white juttis. He wore his hair swept back and sported a rugged beard.
Talking about their work front Alia and Vicky are sharing screens together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War. Ranbir Kapoor is also in lead role. The project features major reunions of Alia, Ranbir and Vicky. Alia and Ranbir previously starred together in Brahmastra (2022). Alia and Vicky shared screen space in Raazi (2018), while Ranbir and Vicky were last seen together in Sanju (2018).
