Give your mind a break from the screen
Even after work, if we are busy with social media, videos and messaging. The mind gets less time to rest. So take a screen break of at least 20-30 minutes a day. Take a walk, talk to your family, read a book or sit quietly for a while. Reducing screen use, especially before bed, can be beneficial.

Don’t try multi-tasking
Multitasking can make us feel more productive, but constantly switching tasks can be mentally exhausting. So focus on one task at a time. Break large tasks into smaller chunks and take short breaks in between.
Don’t eat just to fill your stomach
Healthy body and mind depends on food we intake. Don’t skip meals, eat too late, or constantly depend on processed foods. It is harmful to health. Instead, try to include pulses, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, protein and other nutritious foods in your diet. Always stay hydrated.
Meditation
