Nana Patekar dies at 75 due to cardiac arrest: Veteran Bollywood actor Nana Patekar is no more. He passed away at the age of 75 after suffering a severe cardiac arrest. The actor was declared dead at 5:20 am by the doctors. His death was confirmed by his son Malhar Patekar.
According to reports Nana Patekar was found unconscious at his residence in Dona Paula, Goa. He was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital by his family members. He was suffering a severe cardiac arrest. Doctors attempted CPR for around 45 minutes but could not revive him. The actor was declared dead by doctors at 5:20 am on Thursday. A medico-legal case has been registered and a post-mortem will be conducted

Nana Patekar was widely regarded as one of the finest actors in Indian cinema.
