The story unfolds in Laxmipet, a village in Telangana’s Mancherial district. Ravi Josheph, who lives here, is a pastor of the Church. Joseph already owned a two- wheeler but it wasn’t working properly. He felt the need for a new scooter. For this he choose savings option over loan.
Joseph’s story illustrates the importance of savings. He just saved 10 rupee coins every day for 3 years. It accumulated to an amount of Rs 1,23,000 at the end of stipulated time. Joseph saved money after meeting household expenses, electricity bills, tution fees and other daily necessities. It was not an easy task for him. He didn’t just saved one 10 rupee coin every day from purchases. But collected more than one 10 rupees daily. Over the period of time these small amounts accumulated into lakhs of rupees.

However, it is not possible for everyone to collect coins. Some may choose to save a small amount every month, while others may prefer to deposit their money in a savings account. bUt the goal should be clear to fulfill a real dream.
