Cyclone Arnab makes landfall, flash flood alert in 15 Andhra districts: Cyclone Arnab began its landfall process early Wednesday along the Andhra Pradesh and Yanam coasts. The system resulted in torrential downpours in the area, said the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
