India create new history in space. Group Captain Subhanshu Shukla is set to become the first Indian astronaut to travel to the International Space Station (ISS) as part of Axiom Mission 4 (Ax-4). Now the launch date of the mission has been announced, which will be launched from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

Indian astronauts on the Gaganyaan mission will launch to the space station from the Kennedy Space Center in May 2025. The mission is a significant step for India’s participation in international space exploration. Experienced Indian Air Force (IAF) pilot Shubhasan will serve as the mission pilot on the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft.
