However, since China did not withdraw the tariff, Trump has taken a drastic decision. He has imposed a total of 104 percent tariff on Beijing. After this, the trumpet of a trade war has sounded in the world.
There is no more fear of a trade war between China and the US than there is now about a trade war. While the whole world is in a state of panic over America’s reciprocal tariffs, China is responding with a counter-tariff. On the other hand, the expert’s assessment of India is reassuring. Market experts have opined that Trump’s tariffs will not have a significant impact on the Indian economy. After the huge shock in the stock market on Monday, there was some reassurance on Tuesday. Both the Sensex and Nifty recovered, which has eased investor concerns.
