Minister big statement ,There is negligence in oil tanks in Odisha and gas agencies are cheating in weight. This was said by Supplies Minister Krishna Chandra Patra while participating in the state-level program of National Consumer Day. The minister said that less oil is coming in 371 tanks in the state
20 to 30 grams less is coming from 5 liters of oil. Similarly, there is cheating in gas too. 14 kg and 19 kg of gas are being cheated on weight. Therefore, consumer courts will be strengthened at the district and state levels. In the past, the system has deteriorated, there are no staff in the supply offices. There is not even one employee anywhere, the system has deteriorated in 24 years. We have to fix it. The Chief Minister has taken this seriously. Minister Krishna Chandra Patra said that oil tanks will have to be checked in gas agencies.
