After CJP, E20 Janata Party announces Parliament March: A new online movement, ‘E20 Janata Party ’, is trending on social media. The ongoing protest against ethanol-mixed petrol now appears to be taking the form of a new political and social campaign. This campaign, called E20 Janata Party, is in the limelight these days. The party has announced a march to Parliament.

‘E20 Janata Party’ is also being compared to the Cockroach Janata Party, which had marched to the Parliament on issues related to the paper leak and the education system. E20 Janata Party says that there are many shortcomings in the current ethanol blending policy. The party claims that if the policy is reformed, the price of petrol can be brought down to Rs 80 to Rs 90 per litre. The party also says that the farmers can also benefit more through better policies. The party is also demanding the resignation of Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari.

On the other hand, former Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convenor, Arvind Kejriwal, on Monday announced a National Town Hall meeting against ethanol-blended fuel (E20), scheduled to be held on August 1 at the Constitution Club in New Delhi.The number of supporters of E20 Janata Party on social media is increasing rapidly and its campaign is getting support from many people.
