CBSE 12th Exam Written Paper Verification Method Changed : Big news for CBSE 12th students. The method of checking the account has changed in the board exam. Now there will be digital marking. CBSE 12th exam accounts will now be checked on computers. New ‘digital’ rules will be implemented from 2026. As a result, there will be no mistakes in the account. ‘On-screen marking’ system has been started for the 12th board exam starting from 17th. Under this system, teachers will no longer check the account in digital mode on the COMPUTER screen without looking at the account in hand. After the exam is over, the students’ handwritten paper accounts will be scanned and uploaded to the COMPUTER. Teachers will see the scanned photo on the COMPUTER.

Marks will be given there through a special portal of CBSE. As a result, COMPUTER will do marking. There will be no possibility of any mistake in the calculations. Due to the digital process, the account verification work will be completed quickly. The results will be published on time. The account verification process will be more transparent and accurate. The need for frequent ‘account re-checking’ will be reduced. The hassle of exchanging papers and sending accounts from one place to another will be reduced. However, there is no change in the examination pattern for the students.

They will go to the center and take the exam in pen and paper as before. Only the post-exam account verification system will be digital. CBSE has directed schools to keep their computer labs and internet facilities ready. This step is being said to be a big step towards modernizing the education system in India. However, this year, for class 10, the account will continue to be given in person as before. The exam will start from the 19th of next month.
