To make the oil, you need about 1 liter of coconut oil, Bhringraj (you can buy fresh or dry Bhringraj and powder from the market), spikenard (available at the grocery store), amla (4 fresh amla or 2 teaspoons of powder), brahmi (2 teaspoons of powder or a little dry brahmi), hibiscus flowers (4-5 fresh or dry), hibiscus plant leaves (10-12), rosemary (fresh or dry – 2 teaspoons). Apart from all these things, you will need some things present in your kitchen like nigella seeds, fenugreek seeds, flax seeds.

How to make oil?
This hair oil is very easy to make. You don’t need to heat the oil in any way; instead, it is slowly cooked in the sun, allowing the beneficial properties of all the herbs to be infused into the oil.
Take a large glass bottle or jar. Add all the ingredients, including bhringaraj, amla, brahmi, jatamansi, hibiscus flowers, leaves (break into small pieces), rosemary, nigella seeds, fenugreek seeds (lightly crushed), and flax seeds (crushed). Expose this oil to sunlight daily. After at least 10 days, your oil will be ready. You will notice that the color of the coconut oil will gradually change as all the ingredients begin to absorb.
