Bishnupada Sethi, IAS (RR-1995), who is currently Chairman of the Odisha Forest Development Corporation with additional charge as Chief Administrator of KBK, has been appointed Officer on Special Duty in the General Administration and Public Grievance Department.
Girish S.N., IAS (RR-2002), currently Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Department, has been appointed Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Health and Family Welfare Department.
Aswathy S., IAS (RR-2003), who is serving as Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Health and Family Welfare Department, has been appointed Special Secretary to the Government in the Finance Department.

She also holds additional charge as Chief Executive Officer of the State Institute for Transformative Initiatives, Odisha (SITI-Odisha). She has been allowed to continue in that additional role.
