India Adjusts Fuel Prices Amid Global Oil Market Uncertainty

Industrial diesel prices have seen a sharper rise of ₹22 per litre, reaching ₹109.59. This fuel is mainly used in heavy machinery, generators, and industrial operations, making the hike significant for manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.

The increase is driven by rising global crude oil prices due to supply concerns in the Gulf region. Experts say higher fuel costs may lead to increased transportation and production expenses, potentially affecting overall prices in the economy.
