John buys luxury bungalow in Bandra: Bollywood actor John Abraham has purchased a bungalow in Bandra West, a posh area of Mumbai. The deal has been finalized at Rs 84 crore. With this deal, the actor has expanded his real estate portfolio.
According to the property registration documents accessed by Liases Foras, the bunglow is located on the famous St. Martin’s Road in Bandra. The property is spread over a 1,017.60-square-metre plot and built-up area of this bungalow is about 193.12 square meters. Apart from this, an outhouse of about 31.50 square meters is also included.
The conveyance deed of this freehold property was officially registered on 14 July 2026, for which the actor has paid a hefty stamp duty of Rs 5.04 crore alone. According to Liases Foras documents, the property has been purchased from Nowsheer Iruch Divitre, Fredon Iruch Divitre, Crystal Feroz Divitre and Iruch Feroz Divitre. However, there has been no official comment from John or the sellers on the matter.
This is not the first time that John Abraham has bought an expensive property in Mumbai’s premium area. Earlier, in December 2023, he had a big deal in Mumbai’s Khar area. At that time, the actor bought a 5,416 sq. ft. bungalow built on 7,722 sq. ft. of land on Khar’s famous Linking Road for Rs 70.83 crore. He paid stamp duty of Rs 4.24 crore for the property, and the deal was registered on 27 December 2023.
